Inlet Beach Sanctuary is a new‑construction coastal home in Inlet Beach, Florida, built in collaboration with Chi‑Mar Construction. Designed as a calm, light‑filled retreat, the interiors pair crisp white walls and cabinetry with warm, wood‑tone flooring and layered tile moments that give each room its own personality.

Open‑concept living, dining, and kitchen spaces flow together on a continuous plank floor, while the bedrooms and baths feel like private suites thanks to thoughtfully placed accent tile and soft, neutral finishes. The result is a welcoming sanctuary that feels fresh and modern yet relaxed enough for everyday coastal living.

Throughout the home, the floors feature Engineered Floors Triumph Collection – New Standard Plus, 7 in. x 48 in. luxury vinyl plank in the color Clearwater, creating a warm, natural wood look that grounds the bright interiors and ties the living spaces, bedrooms, and hallways together. Flush stair nosing in the same finish keeps transitions clean and continuous from level to level.

In the bathrooms, a curated mix of tile brings the coastal story to life. Daltile Starcastle Glass Diamond Scale mosaic in Milky Way adds shimmer and movement, while Daltile Color Wheel 1.5 in. Glazed Ceramic Hexagon Mosaic in Matte Arctic White keeps shower floors classic and timeless. Feature walls incorporate Glazzio Cosmopolitan Smooth Beige and Decorative Mix, Tamiami Colorhunt Aqua Acanto ceramic wall tile, Elysium Dragon Scale mosaic in Lake, and Tesoro Decorative Grunge Ceramic Aqua for moments of color and pattern that still feel cohesive with the home’s overall palette.

Additional details, such as Daltile Keystones mosaics for shower floors, Speartek Mediterranean Gloucester Chic Decor matte tile, Schluter Jolly edging profiles, and Mapei grout and caulk colors, complete the installation with clean lines and durable performance in mind.
