DeLuna Townhomes is a new construction community in Panama City Beach, Florida, designed to deliver a clean, modern coastal feel with finishes that are both stylish and practical for everyday living. Open living, kitchen, and dining areas flow together on warm wood‑look floors, while large windows and balconies keep the interiors bright and connected to the Gulf surroundings.

Each townhome features thoughtfully detailed bathrooms and balconies, where tile patterns and textures add character without overwhelming the neutral palette. The result is a refined, comfortable backdrop for beach‑side living that feels elevated yet easy to maintain.

Materials

Across the main living areas and bedrooms, the homes feature Mohawk RevWood laminate in Lighthouse Oak, providing a durable, wood‑look floor that stands up well to sand, traffic, and daily wear while still delivering a warm, natural appearance. Select closets and utility spaces incorporate RevWood Premier Ivy Gates in Sailer’s Rope Oak for a cohesive, elevated look from entry to upper levels.

Tile selections bring additional interest in key spaces. Entry and balcony areas use Happy Floors Newton 12 x 24 Graphite porcelain tile with coordinating grout, giving these high‑traffic, water‑exposed zones a practical yet polished finish. Bathroom floors and showers combine Fuoritono 4 x 12 tile with Hex Nero Opaco and Bianco Lucido mosaics, along with Stones & More Scandinavian Collection Décor Cyan hexagon tile, creating a mix of classic neutrals and modern pattern. In later baths, Daltile Retrospace 6 x 6 Blue Sky adds a soft coastal note on tub and shower walls. Schluter shower systems, profiles, and niches complete the installations with clean edges and long‑term performance in mind.

Staircases are finished with coordinating Mohawk stair treads and stairnose to tie in seamlessly with the laminate flooring and maintain a consistent look across all levels.
