The sun was shining, the crawfish were boiling, and the community spirit was palpable on May 10th, 2024, as Renovation Flooring hosted its 6th Annual Crawfish Boil Event. This year’s celebration was not just about good times and great food; it was also about giving back to our community. We were thrilled to partner with Food For Thought Outreach to contribute to their Snack Food Drive for kids, making a meaningful impact while enjoying a fantastic day together.
A Feast to Remember
We couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible turnout and support. This year, we went through an astounding 622 pounds of crawfish, ensuring that everyone had their fill of this Southern delicacy. Our friends at Kombi Keg 30A kept the drinks flowing with an impressive selection of brews and wine, perfectly complementing the spicy crawfish. To beat the heat, over 400 Kona Ices were served, bringing smiles to both kids and adults alike.
Music and Merriment
The atmosphere was electric, thanks to the amazing performances by Daniel Shawn Boone and Meg Phillips. Their live music set the perfect tone for the event, making it a truly memorable day for everyone in attendance. The blend of good food, refreshing drinks, and great music created an unforgettable experience.
Supporting Food For Thought Outreach
At Renovation Flooring, we believe in the power of community and the importance of giving back. Like in the previous years, our event supported Food For Thought Outreach, a fantastic organization dedicated to providing food for children in need. Through our collective efforts, we contributed significantly to their Snack Food Drive, helping to ensure that no child in our community goes hungry. It was heartwarming to see everyone come together for such a worthy cause.
Celebrating a New Beginning
The day was made even more special as we celebrated the Grand Opening of our sister store, Elite Cabinet Designs, located right next door. This new venture marks an exciting expansion for our team, and we were thrilled to share this milestone with all of you. The support from our friends, customers, and community has been incredible, and we look forward to continuing to grow and serve you better. The new showroom, located at 11662 Emerald Coast Pkwy, Miramar Beach, FL 32550 right next door to Renovation Flooring, spans an impressive 5,700 square feet and showcases the latest innovations in cabinet designs, hardware, kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, variety of storage solutions, and outdoor escapes by Renovation Flooring. The design showroom will highlight Wellborn Cabinets on the inside and NatureKast waterproof cabinetry for the outdoor section, as well as coral stone, tile and hardwood flooring finishes throughout the whole space. Visitors will be treated to an immersive experience with the working kitchen, a shower display, a dog washing station and multiple displays featuring cabinets and storage solutions for every area of your home.
